After a paid consultation, you will get a written eligibility assessment within two working days of the consultation.

Payment Terms
Refund Policy – We will aim to refund your fee where applicable under the Code of Conduct 2014 within ten working days.
Online Booking Consultations— Payments for online booking consultations are made in advance. If you cannot attend the meeting due to any circumstances, you must give us 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment of the booking fee. We reserve the right to lower our professional fees to offset the expense of the initial consultation if you move forward with your visa application or retain our services within one month of the session. A one-month extension must be approved before this decrease is applicable.
